Gary’s Bistro is a local neighborhood restaurant and bar that focuses on Great Food, Great Drinks, and Great Times. Our menu consists of local foods and seasonal specials. We serve fresh ingredients in our dishes that are indigenous to our area such as pecans, peanuts, and peaches. We have created a concept where people can get high quality food and wine at a great price while helping the community and being charitable.

Gary Martin Hays is the owner of Gary’s Bistro. He and his wife, Sheri, and their three daughters, Audrey, Ashleigh and Ava live in Gwinnett County. Because of Gary’s unpredictable schedule, as well as Sheri running a taxi service for their girls, they have become experts in “dining out” over the years. Gary and Sheri wanted to create a restaurant that had all the food, drinks, and the atmosphere they liked under one roof.
